Gingo & Bair Law, LLC Welcomes Attorney Kayla Tharp

We are proud to announce that Kayla Tharp has joined the firm as our newest attorney. Kayla brings valuable experience representing public schools and employers in agency proceedings and complex litigation, with a focus on understanding the needs of each district and community.

Kayla advises clients on a variety of education law matters, including labor and employment issues, student rights and discipline, human resources, public records law, special education, employee benefits, labor disputes, student privacy issues, and board governance. She has assisted school districts in litigation, defended employers in response to discrimination charges, assisted districts with residency and territory disputes, and prepared compliance and training materials for boards of education.

Kayla also has experience defending complex litigation in state and federal courts, and has assisted clients in discovery disputes, trial proceedings, arbitrations, and appeals. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
